Where do you ship?
We currently offer tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and Germany. Available rates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Cross-border delivery is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after processing. Customs, carrier delays and public holidays may extend delivery time.
Is shipping free?
No. Shipping is calculated separately based on destination and package weight and is displayed at checkout.
Product
What is included?
Each complete unit includes one green holder/base, one compressed catnip ball, one clear protective cover and one adhesive backing. Larger bundles also include the bonus toys described on the product page.
Will every cat respond to catnip?
No. Catnip response varies by age and individual cat.
How should the toy be used?
Attach it to a clean, dry, smooth surface and supervise use. Keep the compressed ball dry, replace the cover after use and stop using any damaged or loose item.
Returns and Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution where applicable.
